Oral medication which is supplied is administered at no extra charge. In the case that a pets activities are restricted due to a physical ailment it is discussed when your pet arrives for their stay. Restrictions are added to their computerized file for easy reference by the caregiver
What is the daily routine for my pet while being boarded overnight?
This would be a typical day in the winter. Summer allows for much more time being spent outside as well as pool time 🙂

Our day at the kennel starts at 7:00 A.M. Our guests are brought outside individually to do their business. Breakfast is prepared and served. General housekeeping duties are taken care of while our guests watch a little morning TV.

At approximately 11:00 A.M. our guests are accompanied to one of the large exercise areas, again individually for play time. Play time length can vary depending on conditions such as weather (summer, winter), your pet’s preference or if there are any physical restrictions that you may have informed us of. In the summer time we have pools set up in each of the exercise yards.

At approximately 1:00 P.M. it is quiet time. Our guests enjoy treats and relax and listened to streaming music.

Between 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. supper is prepared and served after which the guests are out again for their business. Once back in they watch TV as the caregiver once more does housekeeping duties. Time is also spent with the guests for hugs and pats.

At around 9:00 P.M. it’s time to get tucked in and once more they are accompanied outside for their business. Everyone gets hugs and kisses and of course biscuits for a snack before bed.

Lights are out by about 10:30 P.M. with relaxing music streaming quietly in the background. Night lights are on, the security system is activated. Cameras run all day and all night. Our boarders get comfy in their beds. It’s good night to all till we do it all over again in the morning.

Note: We live on the same property as the kennel. The security system is for additional safety of our guests which allows us (the proprietors and caregivers) peace of mind. The security system is monitored by an outside security company and monitors perimeter, smoke detectors, motions as well as temperature sensors 24 / 7.

What is the daily routine for my pet for a day stay?
Very similar to the overnight boarding but your pet arrives no earlier than 8 am and leaves no later than 8pm. The same great fun but without the sleepover :).
